Our dedicated Technology & Transformation practice was established in 2016 to support GatenbySanderson’s diverse client base in its delivery of often pioneering digital, data and technology initiatives.  We work across all of the sectors in which we operate, working extensively across Central and Local Government, Higher Education, Not for Profit, Regulation, the NHS and Housing & Infrastructure and are proud to have developed a reputation for exceptional candidate and client care, thoughtful, lateral and thorough search and above all, commitment and collaboration.

As part of our continued growth plan, we’re searching for a new Consultant who is invested in what we do, with the talent and potential to rise to the highest levels of our business. This role requires someone who is passionate about client and candidate experience, delivering results, and increasingly high standards of delivery. 

You’ll ideally have worked in our industry before and will consequently bring prior executive search experience and a genuine interest in Technology and Transformation and the positive impact it can have on all of our lives.  However, we’re also interested in talking to subject matter experts who are interested in finding out about what we do.  Regardless of background, we’re interested in passion and potential; you must be intellectually capable and curious, committed and enthusiastic and a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
