Whilst this is a permanent role, we are also searching for an Assessment Consultant on a 9 month fixed term contract.

The Leadership & Talent Consultancy has an outstanding national reputation with C-Suite clients through supporting and advising clients to deliver measurable and sustainable change. We do this through delivering high impact solutions across talent areas including executive and leadership assessment, top team and leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching and board review and development. The practice has doubled in size for the third year running and through this growth we have a fantastic new role opportunity for a Senior Consultant, Assessment.

The Senior Consultant is a senior delivery expert within the Assessment & Talent Measurement Practice, reporting into the Partner for this practice.   

What you’ll do:

♦ You’ll be required to support clients on the design and delivery of all aspects of assessment for selection, promotion and redeployment and consulting in this space, delivering tangible, pragmatic and profitable projects for individual and multiple appointments at leadership level e.g. Heads of, Directors, Chief Executives. 

♦ As part of a broader team of occupational psychologists and talent consultants, you will carry commercial responsibility for the achievement of revenue goals for solutions within the practice area.

To be successful you’ll need:

♦ Chartered Occupational Psychologist status and be qualified to British Psychological Society Level B.

♦ To have experience of selling, delivering and project managing significant client talent projects including directing project co-ordinators and junior consultants.

♦ Knowledge and experience of consulting operations and processes, a good understanding of the assessment, coaching development and/or the wider HR market. Consulting delivery and sales experience would be highly beneficial.

♦ A passion for learning – in our fast-growing environment we are constantly taking on new and bigger challenges and you’ll thrive if you have a curiosity for learning and for trying new approaches

Although not necessary, it would be ideal if you:

♦ Have experience working within or for the public sector, and/or not-for profit sectors

♦ Are qualified in a range of psychometrics such as Wave, NEO, Hogan Development Survey, Firo B and others.
