As part of our continued growth plan, we’re searching for a new Researcher, or Senior Researcher who is invested in what we do. This role requires someone who is passionate about client and candidate experience, delivering results, and increasingly high standards of research.

What you'll do:
Researchers are typically the first introduction to GatenbySanderson from within the candidate and therefore the potential client pool. Researchers will identify and attract potential candidates, offering information and feedback and will analyse market intelligence and share this information through our database and weekly client progress reports. Working on three to four assignments at any one time, you will be responsible for ensuring that client, consultant and candidate experiences are exemplary, with expectations being set appropriately throughout the project(s). You will remain involved from early pipeline through until candidate long listing has been completed.
Depending on the level you join, your role may be required to contribute to the wider team and play a valuable role within client meetings. We also encourage researchers to be at the heart of content creation for thought leadership, social media updates, articles in industry publications and Practice insights.
To be successful you'll need:
= Research experience in executive search
= A track record of successfully researching complex and senior assignments
= The ability to assimilate and interpret information gathered from a number of sources
= Track record of successfully using your judgement and thinking laterally to inform effective decision making
= Effective, concise written skills encompassing reports, assessments and analysis
= Project management capability across multiple projects; deadline management is key
= Demonstrates a clear commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Although not essential, the following experience would be ideal:
= Experience of working with, or knowledge gained in a different way, of public sector organisations and ideally Central Government and/or Regulation
