Our dedicated Technology & Transformation practice was established in 2016 to support GatenbySanderson’s diverse client base in its delivery of often pioneering digital, data and technology initiatives. As part of our continued growth plan, we’re searching for a new Research Principal who is invested in what we do, with the talent and potential to rise to the highest levels of our business. This role requires someone who is passionate about client and candidate experience, delivering results, and increasingly high standards of research.

What you'll do:
As a Research Principal you'll play a key role in continuing to shape our research function, ensuring that through personal coaching and mentoring, Researchers demonstrate a depth of practice insight and knowledge which provides competitive advantage. As a senior specialist within the team, this role will be challenged with working on the highest profile and complex technology and transformation searches that GatenbySanderson has the privilege of working.
The role may be required to contribute to proposal writing and pitches, you'll work with colleagues to appropriately challenge role briefs and secure tight search parameters, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that client, consultant and candidate experiences are exemplary, with expectations being set appropriately throughout the projects.
To be successful you'll need:
= Extensive Research experience in executive recruitment
= A track record of succesfully researching the most senior technology, digital and data roles.
= Ability to assimilate and interpret information gathered from a number of sources
= Track record of successfully using your judgement and thinking laterally to inform effective decision making
= Effective, concise written skills encompassing reports, assessments and analysis
= Project management capability across multiple projects; deadline management is key
Although not essential, the following experience would be ideal:
= Experience of working with public sector clients
