 Role Purpose

As PA you’ll support our Executive Director of Leadership & Talent Consulting and our Chief Executive, enabling them to maximise their time.   


 Key Responsibilities

♦ Diary management, involving communication with internal colleagues and external clients and candidates

♦ Travel and accommodation bookings as required

♦ Inbox management

♦ Complex presentations requiring advanced PowerPoint

♦ Processing expenses

♦ Paperwork preparation for meetings, including client reports and internal Board reports.

♦ Manage IoD membership

♦ Booking annual leave and approval of team annual leave.


Your Experience, Skills & Knowledge

This role requires someone truly extraordinary; someone who is passionate about their work, open to new ideas and focused on delivering consistently high-quality results that enrich our business. An experienced PA who is skilled at diary management and used to working with confidential and high-profile information. 

For this role it is essential for someone to have the following experience:

♦ MS Office with advanced PowerPoint

♦ Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to organise people

♦ Demonstrable ability to learn internal systems and CRM tools

♦ Ability to prioritise and balance constantly changing and conflicting requirements

♦ A strong understanding of the requirements for successful administrative support in a dynamic business function

♦ A proactive nature – someone who can pre-empt diary clashes and omissions

♦ Confident speaking to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
