Recruitment Process
After reviewing all applications, we may invite you to have an initial telephone call with our Head of Talent or Head of HR. If shortlisted for the role you’ll have an interview with the hiring manager. If successful, you will then progress to meet other key stakeholders and complete our assessments. We use Saville Wave and you will have a full feedback session with a qualified test user. You will then be asked to a final interview which may require a short presentation depending on the role.
Currently, all meetings are happening via MS Teams and technical support will be given if required.
Even if you a not appointed into the role, we want this process to be developmental for you and interview feedback will be shared after each stage.
We want to enable every candidate to perform at their best during our recruitment process, and therefore, before your first interview we will discuss any reasonable adjustments that you may require.
