A background in recruitment is not essential; you may already work in recruitment or within people services, transformation, governance or policy in a public or commercially led organisation. Utilising your local government/health/public services understanding, you will work with clients to help shape thinking and advise on talent requirements. You must be able to build relationships at the most senior levels, bring intellectual curiosity and use your influence and judgement to shape commercial solutions.
