Our belief in diversity
We look for all kinds of difference to make us a more creative, empathetic and relevant organisation; 70% of our colleagues are female, 12% are ethnically diverse, 15% are disabled, 8% are LGBT+ and 40% have a protected characteristic outside of their gender, and we still continue to challenge ourselves.
Below are a selection of videos from our colleagues talking about our affinity groups, how GS supports them with their requirements and how we challenge our clients on D&I related issues.
The GS Way
We believe in the power of collaborative working and collective decision making; everyone in the business is valued and represented via our colleague forum Your Voice. We encourage everyone to bring their true selves to work, and to work in a way that works best for them.
Agile working is an established part of our culture, and by agile we mean in every sense of the word; we give people the flexibility to organise their work to suit their personal needs, exceed client expectations, and place equal emphasis upon maintaining our team based collaborative ethos. Here are some videos that provide just a few ways in which our people make agile working work for them
