Our belief in diversity

We look for all kinds of difference to make us a more creative, empathetic and relevant organisation; 70% of our colleagues are female, 12% are ethnically diverse, 15% are disabled, 8% are LGBT+ and 40% have a protected characteristic outside of their gender, and we still continue to challenge ourselves.
