Alongside our long-established Executive Search practice sit two fast-growing divisions: our Interim Leadership practice places expert interim talent in some of the most challenging situations and our Leadership and Talent Consultancy supports our clients in a wide range of innovative talent and development project work. Working together, experienced practitioners in each of these specialist areas take pride in offering integrated talent solutions to GatenbySanderson clients.

The Leadership & Talent Consultancy has an outstanding national reputation with C-Suite clients through supporting and advising clients to deliver measurable and sustainable change. ♦You’ll continually draw on the latest research and thinking around how leaders learn, to ensure our solutions are innovative and new content addresses current and future leadership challenges

♦As part of a broader team of occupational psychologists, clinical psychologists and talent consultants, you will carry commercial responsibility for the achievement of revenue goals for solutions within the practice area.

To be successful you’ll need:

♦Deep leadership and organisational content knowledge to challenge and support leaders make shifts in skill, capability and behaviours

♦Extensive experience designing and delivering at Board and Executive level

♦Knowledge and experience of consulting operations and processes, a good understanding of the assessment, coaching development and/or the wider HR market. Consulting delivery and sales experience would be highly beneficial.

♦To have experience of selling, delivering and project managing significant client talent projects including directing project co-ordinators and junior consultants.

♦A passion for learning – in our fast-growing environment we are constantly taking on new and bigger challenges and you’ll thrive if you have a curiosity for learning and for trying new approaches

Although not necessary, it would be ideal if you:

♦Are Masters qualified, a Chartered Occupational or Clinical Psychologist or holding equivalent qualifications in the HR or consulting fields

♦Have experience working within or for the public sector, and/or not-for profit sectors

In return you will receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package, the opportunity to work in a great central location surrounded by collaborative colleagues, and a career path to Partner level.

If this sounds like the role for you – we’d love to hear from you!  We encourage applications from everyone. We're actively building diverse teams to reflect our society, and an inclusive environment where we can all thrive.
