What you’ll do:
♦You will carefully analyse the market to source a diverse and highly credible longlist of candidates.
♦You’ll probe candidates, offering information and feedback.
♦Furthermore, you’ll analyse market feedback and record and share this information widely through our database and weekly client progress reports.
To be successful you'll need:
♦A passion for the not-for-profit sector and a drive to find leaders that will help shape a better society.
♦Research experience in executive recruitment, or similar experience gained working within the public or not-for-profit sectors instead.
♦To be highly analytical and a natural problem solver with a real tenacity.
♦Excellent communication skills and the ability to build networks and intelligence within your sector.
♦Diligence in knowledge management.
♦You'll be joining a team of high achievers and working with Partners and Consultants who are thought leaders within their sectors.
