Role Purpose

This role is accountable for supporting the Interim Leadership Practice to identify, attract, and shortlist candidates to fulfil an interim brief.  This role is essential to supporting the acquisition of new interim candidates, in developing lasting relationships with Quality Candidates and in ensuring the constant tracking and monitoring of the interim candidate market place to promote and sustain candidate loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

♦ Review role profiles with IL Fee Earners to subsequently guide search criteria, identify best fit candidates and to share briefs to attract a quality candidate pool.

♦ Write, place and update adverts, whilst conducting complimentary research, to identify and attract new and previous interim candidates.

♦ Track and monitor responses and applications ensuring that any candidates progressed are interviewed, assessed, registered and screened appropriately.

♦ Maintain regular contact with established candidate base to manage availability, remuneration expectations and suitability for active assignments.  Be confident in providing a full and exciting debrief on a range of role profiles ensuring that potential candidates are fully informed of the position and are subsequently able to decide about their suitability for the role.

♦ Ensure that all market intelligence and competitor activity is captured and accurately recorded and coded within the CRM systems

♦ Competent in active management of the CRM to be quickly able to identify potential candidates for new roles as they are registered.  Qualify shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.


Candidate Requirements:

♦ Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to organise themselves to work as a team.

♦ Ability to understand the commercial requirements of fee earners and clients alike, demonstrating a proven ability to meet expectations, whilst balancing busy workloads and multiple assignments and priorities

♦ Knowledge of best practice in terms of Interim Leadership and candidate management excellence

♦ Strong IT skills and an affinity with learning internal systems
