From crisis management, skills gaps, large projects, technology changes and adding capacity to existing teams, our Interims provide strong proven leadership at Chief Executive and Senior Management level across a range of disciplines.

We're searching for an Interim Leadership Consultant to join the team and focus on senior Local Government appointments nationally.

Essential skills and experience required:

♦Foundation of recruitment experience, focused on senior or mid-level appointments.

♦Strong communication and excellent Interpersonal skills, to engage, Interact and develop networks with clients and candidates.

♦Analytical, able to assimilate complex and detailed briefs, and be able to always exercise sound judgement and integrity.

Although not essential, knowledge of the public sector and indeed Local Government would be appealing.
