We're searching for an Interim Leadership Consultant to join the team and focus on senior NHS appointments nationally.
Essential skills and experience required:
♦Foundation of recruitment experience, focused on senior or mid-level appointments.
♦Strong communication and excellent Interpersonal skills, to engage, Interact and develop networks with clients and candidates.
♦Analytical, able to assimilate complex and detailed briefs, and be able to always exercise sound judgement and integrity.
Although not essential, knowledge of the public sector and Indeed the NHS would be appealing.
