Description

Your chance to help shape a better society.

We are the UK's number one Executive Recruiter across public and not-for profit services, appointing to some of the most influential roles in the country. Our work touches every household, every family and every individual in the UK. Whether that's those transforming communities and healthcare, policy makers, border protectors, regulators or fundraisers, the process begins with that first conversation.

Our Interim Leadership team specialise in providing Interims to organisations that need strategic leadership at times of change. From crisis management, skills gaps, large projects, technology changes and adding capacity to existing teams, our Interims provide strong proven leadership at Chief Executive and Senior Management level across a range of disciplines.

Finding the best match for these high-profile roles is the challenge that makes every day different, every discussion stimulating and each placement rewarding. We build strong and personal relationships with our Interims to understand their areas of expertise and link them successfully to our clients.

We're searching for an Interim Leadership Consultant to join the team and focus on senior NHS appointments nationally.

Essential skills and experience required:

♦Foundation of recruitment experience, focused on senior or mid-level appointments.

♦Strong communication and excellent Interpersonal skills, to engage, Interact and develop networks with clients and candidates.

♦Analytical, able to assimilate complex and detailed briefs, and be able to always exercise sound judgement and integrity.

Although not essential, knowledge of the public sector and Indeed the NHS would be appealing.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary (up to £45,000 depending on experience), commission and benefits package, the opportunity to be surrounded by collaborative colleagues and be an integral part of our growth story.

We actively encourage applications from everyone. Equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of what we do, and we are deeply committed to equality of opportunity for all, building diverse teams and having an inclusive and agile working culture where everyone can thrive.

We have an agile working culture where regular home working and flexible hours are the norm, in addition to office working nationally (when we are able!). This could be either a full-time or part-time opportunity.
